English-law-native AI Contract Review & Drafting Copilot
English-law NDA review, with your reviewer in control.
DraftSuil is a contract review and drafting copilot built for commercial firms in England and Wales. It produces an evidence-bound first-pass review of an NDA against your firm’s playbook — every flag traceable to the clause that raised it, a person in the loop at every gate, and a complete audit trail behind each review.
It is built with a restrained, reviewer-led posture: bounded assistance and truthful framing, without claims of autonomy, self-serve readiness, or enterprise-theater. DraftSuil assists the reviewer; it does not replace reviewer judgment.
What it does
DraftSuil produces a first-pass review of an English-law NDA against your firm’s playbook. Each flag is evidence-bound and traceable to the clause that raised it; a reviewer confirms or overrides at every gate; and every review leaves a complete audit trail. It supports the reviewer’s workflow and surfaces what warrants attention — it does not make the call for them.
Scope
Current scope is deliberately narrow. DraftSuil starts with NDAs under English law — the most repeatable, most commoditised rung of commercial contract work — for firms in England and Wales. That is the wedge, chosen on purpose, not the limit of the ambition. The public surface should be read as an honest account of what DraftSuil does today, not a claim of broad contract coverage, autonomous review, or fully Word-native operation.
Direction — roadmap, not product today
Where it’s going
A reviewed NDA is the start, not the end. The obligations a contract creates — deadlines, renewals, confidentiality tails, and the accountability a firm carries for them — outlast the signature, and that is where DraftSuil’s durable value is intended to sit. Review is the way in; the direction of the work is the layer that helps a firm stay on top of what it has signed. That layer is on the roadmap, not in the product today — and this site will only ever describe what DraftSuil can actually do now.
Approach
DraftSuil is shaped around reviewer-led operation, evidence-bound support, and practical fit with how English-law commercial work is actually done. It is delivered through the firm — to the people doing the reviewing — and built for commercial firms in England and Wales of roughly 10 to 100 fee-earners. It is offered through a guided pilot path, not self-serve onboarding.
